Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note: Overnight shipping is only available for orders shipped within the Continental US. We cannot ship to PO/APO/FPO boxes, hotels, or freight forwarders using this method.

USPS Priority Mail
For orders containing only QUANTUM soles, shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

International Shipping
We are excited to ship to over 200 countries worldwide! International orders are subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We fulfill international orders via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, which includes all import charges. You will not face any surprise fees upon delivery. International shipping times vary significantly by destination.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO/APO/FPO boxes, hotels, or freight forwarders for any expedited or overnight shipping methods.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it.

Damaged or Lost Packages
KURU Footwear is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier. All such claims must be directed to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, order processing and carrier delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing your orders early to account for potential delays.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
